Low-Fat Almond Loves
Yield:
32 Cookies

3/4 c Almonds
2 Egg whites
1/3 c Honey
1 T Vegetable oil
1/4 t Ground nutmeg
1/4 t Ground cardamom
1/4 c Fruit preserves, preferably
Sweetened with juice or
Honey
In a food processor fitted with metal blade or in a blender, grind
together everything except the preserves until a smooth paste forms.
